How long does it take to receive my order?
Average Shipping Times (excluding weekends, holidays, and delays beyond our control):

• Europe: 5-12 business days

• Rest of the World: 7-15 business days

What is your return and refund policy?
Returns: Contact us within 14 days after receiving your order to initiate a return. Email info@rivanior.com with your order number and reason for return. Items must be unused and in their original condition with tags/packaging intact. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
Refunds: Refunds are only possible within 30 days of delivery. Certain items cannot be returned: Gift cards, Downloadable software products, Personalized or custom-made items, Sale items.
