What is your return and refund policy?

• Returns: To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Email us at info@rivanior.com with your order number and reason for return. Items must be unused and in original condition with tags/packaging intact. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
• Refunds: Refunds are only possible within 30 days of delivery. Certain items cannot be returned: Gift cards, Downloadable software products, Personalized or customized items, Sale items.
